What is the structure of the entire connected model?

The entire paired mode is designed to maximize the use of solar energy and ensure the health and life of the battery.
Charging Priority: To avoid wasting energy, the device gives priority to charging and stores power during the day when household power consumption is low or people are out. This ensures that when there is sufficient solar energy, the battery is fully charged and the excess power is stored in it.

Automatic power connection: In photovoltaic microgrid mode, it will automatically connect to the grid when the charging capacity exceeds 95%, ensuring that the battery can be fully charged for emergency use when there is sufficient solar power generation.

Stop grid connection: If the photovoltaic power generation is less than the grid output and the energy storage capacity falls below 90%, the grid output is automatically stopped. This ensures that the battery always has enough energy to handle sudden power demands.

Can the BP2200 be operated or charged at temperatures around freezing or below?

The BP2200 is equipped with a high-quality LiFePO4 battery and a sophisticated BMS system. Standby mode is activated when the battery power falls below 5% to extend the life of the power source. If the battery has less than 3% power and is connected to the power source, the device must be charged to avoid damage from overcharging. Technically, it can power electrical devices in such situations, but you should not charge it.

AC charging: 0°C - 40°C (32°F - 104°F).

Discharge: -10°C–40°C (14°F–104°F).

Please note that the storage temperature is between -20 °C and 60 °C (-4 °F and 140 °F). Under these conditions it is technically possible to supply electrical devices with power. However, we would like to ask you to not to charge the device.

Which solar panels can be used in the power station? How long can they maintain interconnected operation?

The BP2200 has a maximum solar power of 1200 W/100 V, reaches its full charge in just 2 hours and is able to supply you with electricity for up to 10 hours. Unlike other power stations on the market that require an input voltage of 60 V, the BP2200 scores with an input voltage range of 18-100 V. This allows you to easily combine solar modules according to your needs and the size of the available installation area. We recommend the following combinations.

use four 18 V/200 W solar modules in series.

Use three 22 V/200 W solar panels in series.

Use two 36V/550W solar panels in series.

It is possible to combine four 36 V/300 W solar modules in two rows. First two in series and then two in series parallel.

Please note: The total switching voltage should be kept below 96V, regardless of how many solar panels are used. Due to possible errors in the voltage values ​​of the inverter and the solar panels, it is recommended to keep the total voltage below 96V .

How can I connect WiFi indoors and outdoors?

This device allows you to connect to your phone both indoors and outdoors

Method 1: If the device is connected to the phone in the room via 2.4G WiFi, the connection will remain, so you can easily connect it to your phone's Bluetooth when you go outside or outside the WiFi range.

Method 2: The user connects another phone's hotspot to the phone and the device connects through that hotspot, eliminating the need to connect the device outside (or outside the Wi-Fi environment).

Attention : 1. After the device is disconnected from WiFi, it should wait 3-5 minutes to connect to your phone via Bluetooth.

2. It may be necessary to restart the device after Bluetooth connection with the mobile device (this will not disconnect the connection).

How can we better protect this power plant?

To ensure that your battery is preserved and you don't have to worry about forgetting to turn off the output during use, we have equipped the BP2200 with an ECO mode that saves energy for your device.

The gadget automatically goes into sleep mode as soon as it detects that connected devices are either unplugged or have a power that is lower than or equal to a set value.

If your device is not charging and the AC, DC and USB power supply is ≤ 5W, it will automatically shut off after one hour. You also have the option to activate ECO mode via our app by setting the appropriate time duration or a charging power of less than 5W.

Here are some tips to increase the protection of your device.

Please turn off the device and unplug it from the power supply if you do not use it for a long time.

Please charge the BP2200 to 80% of its battery capacity every three to six months for long-term storage.

Once your battery is below 20%, it is advisable to charge the power station as soon as possible to ensure that the battery life is extended.

During storage or use, nothing should be stacked on top of the machine. Store the machine in a dry, shady place in a temperature range of -20 °C-60 °C and a relative humidity of 20–85% . Avoid contact with corrosive substances and heat sources.

Is the BP2200 power station waterproof?

It is important to note that the product is not waterproof, so we strongly recommend not storing it in a humid environment for a long period of time. Please store it in a dry, cool place instead.

Can BP22200 start a car as an emergency power source?

The BP2200 serves as a power source for your vehicle, but it does not have an engine starting function. To charge or power your car, simply connect the BP2200 to the battery using the power cable. If you need to keep your vehicle powered during a sudden power outage, the BP2200 has a UPS (continuous power supply) function with a switchover time of less than 20 milliseconds. This ensures that your car is reliably powered even during a power outage. Please make sure to use the correct power cable to ensure a secure connection and provide the required power.
